Property owners in Margaret Place appreciate and love that we reside in probably the oldest neighborhood in Calcasieu Parish. We know we have something quite special! After all, we are buffered by the Lake, Griffith Coulee, and a generally resident-friendly commercial strip along South Ryan that includes one of the Lake Area's most popular restaurants. 

We are close to everything: Easy access to an ever-improving, ever-growing downtown, in minutes we can hop on I-10 or 210 via Lake or Ryan, the Prien Lake Mall is only 5 minutes away and many of our children walk to ICCS school, which is on our Southeastern boundary.

Walks along our quiet, tree-lined streets are common where we take time to enjoy our fellow neighbors who have one thing in absolute common.We love and appreciate the charm and characters of our homes!
